Policies & Booking Terms

At Nick of Time Mobile Auto Detailing, we value your time—and ours. Please review the following policies before booking your service.

• A $40 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• You may reschedule or cancel without penalty if done at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable if changes are made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• No-shows will result in a loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

• Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe, legal area for mobile service.
• Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.

• Pricing is based on standard conditions. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur an additional fee.
• If you're unsure which service best fits your needs, we’re happy to help you choose.

• For on-location jobs, please be available at the scheduled time.
• If arrival is delayed due to access issues, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.
